Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email.
Lost or Stolen Items: (Signature Service)
Morgan Cycle LLC is not responsible for any products lost or stolen after being left at a business or residence without the signature service purchased on the order. Shippers will not honor a claim without this service which is why we offer this service for an additional fee when purchasing an item.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Morgan Cycle LLC ships to addresses within the U.S 48 states. We cannot automatically ship to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. You must contact us prior to purchase for a price quote for U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Morgan Cycle LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact Morgan Cycle LLC and we will file a claim with the shipper. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and photograph packaging and damage.

Free Shipping when advertised is only available to USA Lower 48 States. Free Shipping is not available to AK HI and PR US Territories and military addresses. Please inquire about shipping prior to purchase.
