Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping is FREE within the Continental US (lower 48 States) using UPS or FedEx. For other shipping destinations, shipping options and quotes, please email Customer Service at help@morgancycle.com.
New Jersey residents will be charged appropriate sales tax.

No paperwork is sent with orders. Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt.

Tracking Numbers are sent to your email address after your order is processed.

MorganCycle.com accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, money orders, checks payable to "Morgan Cycle". Payment can be sent to 5 Stahuber Ave, Union, NJ 07083.

All charges will show up on your credit card statement as "MorganCycle"

Returns Policy

Free replacement parts are available for damaged or defective merchandise. Returns will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

A canceled order will be credited in the full amount ONLY if product has not yet shipped from warehouse. Product in transit is considered shipped.

Customers must contact us for Return Authorization before returning product.

To receive a refund or credit, returned items MUST be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received within 10 days of your original receipt of the product. Item will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.

The actual shipping charge and 20% restocking fee will will not be refunded.

Shipping costs for all returned items will be buyer's responsibility.

If our shipper cannot deliver after 3 attempts, and it is returned, the customer is responsible for 20% re-stocking fee & our actual shipping cost & the return shipping cost back to the warehouse.
