A. Currently, Morgan Cycle is sold at select specialty retailers and
independent bike shops. To receive a list of your nearby Morgan

Q. What is the shipping method and when would it be delivered?
A. All purchases made here include FREE ground shipping via
UPS or FedEx. We ship within 1-3 days of your order and transit time
is 1-5 business days. We ship from our warehouse in NJ, so you can
expect delivery anywhere from 2-8 days depending upon your location.
Q. The wheels on my Morgan Cycle squeak, what can I do?
A. We recommend you apply silicone lubricant directly on the moving
parts.

Q. How do I clean my Morgan Cycle?
A. Morgan Cycle is made from the highest quality materials, and
different Morgan Cycle parts require different cleaning methods. Morgan
Cycle is developing a special cleaning/repair kit which will be
available in the near future. In the meantime, you may use the following
cleaning suggestions:
Steel Parts: Clean with hot water and a mild detergent using a soft
cloth, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. To protect the finish
we recommend that you apply a liquid car wax and buff it out once
product is dried. Plastic and Rubber Parts: Clean with hot water and a mild detergent
using a soft bristled brush, rinse with clean water, and dry any metal
parts thoroughly. Leather Parts: Clean with water and very mild soap (such as castile
soap) using a slightly damp cloth and buff dry. If desired, use leather
cream once or twice a year. Do not use oils, furniture polishes, or
varnishes on leather because these products may contain solvents that
might make the leather sticky or harmful to your child.

Q. How does weather affect my Morgan Cycle?
A. Weather can affect the durability of any product. To protect and
extend the life of your Morgan Cycle, we recommend the following:
Steel and Wood Products: Store in a protected area away from
humidity, rain and snow. If the product gets wet, make sure to dry
thoroughly (be sure to check the underside). For winter storage,
coat the wood and metal parts with a liquid car wax to prevent
humidity and moisture from damaging the parts.
Plastic and Leather Products: Store away from long-term and/or
direct sunlight as this may cause some color fading or cracking of
leather. Store product away from humidity, since humidity can
degrade the leather and invite mold growth.

Q. I have a great idea for a new product, how can I submit it to Morgan
Cycle?
A. Morgan Cycle welcomes and encourages customer feedback. All
submissions should be directed to

Q. There is a rubber odor coming from the wheels of my Morgan Cycle,
what can I do?
A. We recommend that you wash the wheels in hot soapy water and that you
leave the Morgan Cycle outdoors (in dry weather!). The rubber smell will
dissipate with usage and time. It is important to note that the odor
from the Morgan Cycle rubber wheels is not harmful.
Q. I am refurbishing my Morgan Cycle, what kind of paint should I use?
A. For steel bodied Morgan Cycle we recommend a high-gloss outdoor
enamel spray paint. For safety purposes, do not use spray paint indoors.
For small touch-up paint jobs, we suggest you apply the paint with a
small brush, not spray.
Q. I bought a Morgan Cycle and the photo on the outside of the carton
differs from the actual product inside the carton, why?
A. Morgan Cycle constantly reviews its product and components for
quality. Sometimes this requires us to make minor changes to a product
in mid-production, and time restrictions do not allow for the
appropriate changes on the carton artwork. top |
